AIP Fall Recipe Roundup

AIP Fall Recipe Roundup

Well, as I mentioned in my most recent menu post, this week marks my one year anniversary of beginning my journey on the Autoimmune Protocol Diet. At this point last year I had reached a place of desperation and in one last ditch attempt at natural healing I decided to fully commit to the AIP diet and lifestyle and I have never looked back.

That being said, it wasn’t an easy road at first. It was hard to re-learn how to cook with different foods. It was hard to manage my grocery budget and it was hard to plan a menu and find recipes. That is why I strive to make this process easier for others through my writing.

Starting on this restricted diet right before Thanksgiving also had its challenges. In a season marked with pies, cookies, casseroles and other treats it was hard to feel satisfied and content at holiday meals and parties.

This year is different. Over the course of the past year many other fabulous bloggers have joined the AIP movement and have directed their efforts to creating fabulously satisfying recipes from AIP Friendly ingredients. In celebration of this fact I have decided to put together a round-up of many of the delicious fall AIP recipes available from me and the rest of the AIP Blogger Community. Everything from cinnamon rolls, to cranberry sauce and pumpkin pie… restricting your diet has never tasted so good!
